Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketing strategists, web developers, and account managers, to create integrated and cohesive digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements
Extensive Design Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital design projects, demonstrating expertise in creating visually compelling and effective designs for digital marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in Design Software: Mastery of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Creative Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a design team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to junior designers.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate marketing objectives into impactful design solutions. Understand target audiences, user experience (UX) principles, and design best practices.
