Consultative Selling: Understand clients' marketing goals and challenges, and present suitable digital marketing solutions to meet their needs. Consult and educate clients on industry trends, best practices, and the value of digital marketing strategies.
Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches that effectively communicate the agency's services, value proposition, and competitive advantages. Customize proposals to meet individual client requirements.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track leads and opportunities, and use CRM tools to maintain accurate records and monitor progress. Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, and digital strategists, to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and effective execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing field. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential areas of growth and opportunities for the agency.
Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and achieve targets.
Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry or related field. Experience in selling digital marketing services, such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, or website development, is highly desirable.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the agency's value proposition, present solutions, and negotiate contracts. Active listening skills to understand client needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and establish trust and credibility.
Results-Driven: Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, trends, and strategies. Understanding of various digital marketing channels and their benefits for clients.
Presentation and Negotiation Skills: Confident in delivering compelling sales presentations and negotiating contracts. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
CRM and Sales Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports. Familiarity with sales automation tools is a plus.
