Creative Strategy: Collaborate with clients and the agency's creative team to develop innovative and effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns that align with clients' goals and target audiences.
Visual Conceptualization: Lead the conceptualization and development of visual design concepts, including layouts, graphics, illustrations, and other creative elements for digital marketing materials such as websites, social media ads, email campaigns, and multimedia content.
Branding and Identity: Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital marketing materials, maintaining brand guidelines and standards. Develop visual branding strategies that effectively communicate clients' brand identities and values.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, designers, web developers, and other team members to create integrated and cohesive digital marketing campaigns. Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure the highest quality of work.
Trend Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest design trends, digital marketing technologies, and industry best practices. Introduce new creative approaches and innovative ideas to enhance the agency's creative offerings and deliver outstanding results for clients.
Client Relationship Management: Participate in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate and present creative concepts, strategies, and campaign progress. Understand clients' needs and objectives, and provide creative solutions that meet their expectations.
Design Expertise: Strong background and expertise in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across various digital platforms. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including user experience (UX) design, responsive web design, social media marketing, email marketing, and SEO best practices.
Creative Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring a creative team, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, provide constructive feedback, and guide projects from concept to execution.
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills to develop creative solutions that align with clients' marketing objectives and target audiences.
