About the Role

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand clients' business objectives, needs, and expectations to effectively communicate and align agency services with client goals.

Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams (such as creative, social media, SEO, and content) to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure client satisfaction.

Campaign Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop strategic digital marketing plans that align with their goals. Provide recommendations on campaign strategies, channels, and tactics to drive optimal results.

Client Communication: Clearly communicate campaign progress, performance, and results to clients through regular reporting and meetings. Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Upselling and Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or expand the scope of existing projects based on client needs and agency capabilities. Proactively seek opportunities for account growth and revenue generation.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gain insights into industry trends, client competitors, and target audience behavior. Apply this knowledge to optimize campaign strategies and enhance client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC advertising, and email marketing. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.


  • Client-Focused Approach: Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand clients' needs, build rapport, and provide effective solutions.


  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple client projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.


  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, optimize performance, and make data-driven recommendations to clients.
